I am curious about

When and where is it?

Not decided yet. Date, venue and format are to be confirmed. The waiting list hears first.

How much does it cost? How many seats?

Price is to be confirmed. The plan is a small group of up to 12 with a tooling kit included; this is not final. Joining the waiting list is free and is not a booking.

Is it safe? Is it food?

It is not food. The finished part is heat-dried and inert. We work on a clean bench with gloves and masks, and nothing is eaten.

Will mine really compost in 45 days?

Published figures for home composting range from weeks to about 45 days in warm, moist, aerated soil. Your result varies with recipe and conditions. The slider on the page is illustrative.

Is it as good as foam packaging?

Mycelium parts are used as an alternative to foam such as EPS, and performance varies by part and process. In the workshop you test your own part rather than take a claim on trust.

Do I need any skills?

No. Business owners, designers, packaging buyers, makers, students and educators are all welcome.

What happens to my data?

It is used only for the waiting list and for invitations, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). It is not sold. You can ask to see or delete it at any time.
