Vision: transforming the space into a modern, Japanese-inspired retail area. Clean, pastel shelves arranged to highlight every product beautifully. The idea is to create an inviting, Instagrammable shopping space where concessionaires can showcase their crafts and specialty items.
Shared Retail Space
Sakura Space. This will be a shared retail hub for local creators, crafters, and Japanese-inspired product sellers. The rent is designed to be affordable and fair for example, ₱10,000 monthly per concessionaire, with a commitment of one year. This way, everyone shares costs, and we all benefit from a well-designed, high-quality shop.
Concessionaires
To make Sakura Space possible, we need commitment from our concessionaires. Here’s what’s required: a contribution to interior design, a 12-month rent commitment, Mitsukoshi deposit, and of course, quality and creative products. We also share costs for staffing like sales ladies. For example, if 12 people join, each invests ₱360K. If more people join the cost becomes much lighter and more achievable.
