A quieter way to put luxury listings in front of the right people.
Listings travel fast through chat groups and forwards, and the context usually gets lost on the way. The Saturday Circle is a standing weekly room in BGC where licensed real-estate professionals present, ask questions and talk through high-end properties in person.
It is intended as a community of verified professionals: licensed brokers, agents and developers who treat each other’s listings and clients with care. Membership criteria are still to be confirmed.

05 · How listings are shared
Bring a listing. Keep your client.
On Saturdays, listings are shared by the professionals who hold them, presented to the room and discussed openly. Any commercial arrangement is agreed directly between the professionals involved, in writing; the Saturday Circle does not set or guarantee terms.
For a sense of the kind of tooling professionals already use, see MOH Listings (manilaopenhouse.com), a Philippine listings platform with Owner, Agent and Broker roles and PRC/DHSUD details verified by its administrators. It is a separate platform and is shown here only as a reference; whether any listing tools connect with the Circle will be confirmed to members.

Who can join?
The Saturday Circle is intended for licensed real-estate brokers, accredited agents and developers. Applications from the waitlist are reviewed; final membership criteria are still to be confirmed and will be shared with waitlist members.
Is it free?
Joining the waitlist is free. Any other details will be shared on invitation.
Where exactly is it?
In BGC, Taguig. The venue is shared with waitlist members once confirmed.
Do I need a PRC licence?
Brokers and agents: a PRC licence number is expected and may be checked. Developers and other professionals are reviewed case by case. The licence field on the form is optional for now.
How are commissions handled?
Between the professionals involved, under their own written agreement. The Saturday Circle does not set, hold or guarantee any commission terms.
What happens to my data?
It is used only for the waitlist and for invitations, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). It is not sold. You can ask to see or delete it at any time.
