1. About Hive Workshops

Hive Workshops publishes workshops, talks and community events and sells tickets for them. By browsing the site or buying a ticket you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets and payment

• A ticket is confirmed only after payment is received (or, for manual GCash/bank payments, after we verify the proof you upload) and you receive a ticket link with a QR code.
• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Online card and e-wallet payments are processed by PayMongo; we never see or store your card number.
• Each QR code admits one person and can be scanned once. Keep it private: whoever presents it first is admitted.
• Orders that are not paid before the countdown on the checkout page ends are released so other people can buy those seats.

3. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Event details such as date, venue and program may change. If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders are offered a full refund of the ticket price. Otherwise, refund requests are handled case by case and are not guaranteed; please contact us through the "Notify me" form on the event page and quote your order number.

4. Conduct at events

Treat other attendees, speakers and staff with respect. We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund. Photos and video may be taken at events for documentation and promotion; tell the organisers on site if you do not want to be featured.

5. Content and liability

Site content belongs to Hive Workshops or its speakers and sponsors and may not be copied without permission. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or attendance at an event.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
