Who’s in the circle
The Endorser Circle is a relaxed group of ManilaOpenHouse endorser enthusiasts. Nobody is the boss and nobody is selling anything to anybody: we show up on Saturday, share what we have learned and cheer each other on.
It is a Hive Workshops community gathering. The Endorser Program itself belongs to ManilaOpenHouse, and the circle does not run it, change it or speak for it.

What happens on a Saturday
Indicative The format is still being finalised. Think of this as the spirit of the afternoon, not a fixed timetable.
Round-robin check-in: one thing you tried this week, one thing you are still figuring out. Everyone has a turn.

Who in your circle owns property? Brainstorm friendly, no-pressure ways to start the conversation and keep it kind.

Wording, timing, the channel that felt natural: Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, email or a QR. Borrow each other’s good ideas.

Short hands-on walk-throughs of the MOH toolkit: the one-page link, the seller page, inquiry alerts and the how-to shorts.

Bring a page, a message draft or a question. We look at it together and leave with something to try on Sunday.

The ideas wall
Conversation starters, not promises: questions we think are worth asking out loud. Bring yours too.
What is the friendliest way to introduce MOH to a property owner you know?
How would you explain the 7-day free trial in one sentence?
Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp or QR: what works with which kind of person?
How do you follow up without being pushy?
Which toolkit page do you share first, and why?
How do you keep a simple list of owners you have spoken to?
What should a good Saturday mini-training cover next?
What would you like to practise out loud with friendly ears?
How the MOH Endorser Program works
The program is run by ManilaOpenHouse, not by Hive Workshops. Here is the short version; the full terms are on the MOH Endorser page.
It is free to join. Sign in with your mobile number on the MOH Endorser page and request the Endorser role. The MOH team reviews and approves.
In your Endorser dashboard, enter the mobile number of the property owner you are introducing. They are linked when they sign in and confirm in their profile. One endorser per owner, so it is always clear who made the introduction.
When an owner you introduced pays for a property posting, you receive 10% of the posting price as MOH credits. For example, a P1,000 posting gives P100 in credits. Credits are held for 14 days after payment, then become available; your dashboard shows when.

Please note: credits are used within ManilaOpenHouse; terms apply; see the MOH Endorser page. Being part of the circle does not change your credits or your approval.
